ABOUT OLIVIER FLOSSE

Born in Marseille, France, Olivier Flosse built his career at the intersection of world-class wine and exceptional hospitality. He holds the Diplôme Universitaire d’Aptitude à la Dégustation from Bordeaux Wine University—one of Europe’s most prestigious wine credentials—and has spent more than two decades shaping some of the finest wine programs in New York City and beyond.

Olivier began his New York chapter as Sommelier at the acclaimed Restaurant Daniel, working alongside legendary sommelier Jean-Luc Le Du and helping steward a 40,000-bottle cellar. He went on to serve more than a decade as Beverage Director for the Marlon Abela Restaurant Corporation (MARC), drawing on deep experience across France, the United Kingdom, and New York City. As Beverage Director for Quality Branded, he oversaw wine purchasing for fourteen restaurants and managed a portfolio exceeding $10 million. Most recently, he partnered with renowned chef-owner David Bouley, curating a world-class wine list for an elite international clientele.
